Where the salary or salary of the incumbent Employees of the Legislature-Parliament Service is increased, two- third amount of the increment in the basic figure of salary shall also be added to the amount of pension of the retired Employees of the same post. Provided, however, that this provision shall not be applicable to the Employee entitled to pension pursuant to Section 52.
